This is a creepy, sadistic Tillel-hutning creature I decided I needed for the Tillel homeworld, and maybe some others. Being as Tillel have poisonous skin (to most creatures) and the ability to teleport, this is an ambusher that uses a poison to make them to delirious to teleport and peels off the skin before eating them. Wheeee sadisticness.
